This is the fifth year that The Counsel House has written and produced a research-based report into the key issues facing UK corporate occupiers. The Counsel House conducted a research study into the impact of mother tongue language on a consumer’s purchasing behaviour through Wordbank’s translator network in over 40 countries. This involved the analysis of more than 1200 questionnaires, the production of the report and its promotion through advertising, direct mail and press relations to the localization industry.

The Counsel House undertook a strategic marketing review for the Royal West of England School for the Deaf which analysed the school’s offering in the context of the government’s policy of inclusion. The firm made recommendations for a relaunch that would help to reposition the school to meet the needs of the changing marketplace.

The L&R Group specialised in advising major corporations on how to use the telephone in relation to sales marketing and customer care. The publication of The Careline Report generated over 80 'blue chip' enquiries on how to set up and run a careline service and generated £1 million in new business revenues. The L& Group was subsequently purchased by a major global company operating in the same market.
